About the Restaurant
Locations don't get much better than this. The Porthminster Hotel and Restaurant is nestled in sub-tropical gardens on the coast of St.Ives. Perched directly above the beach, and overlooking the clear waters of St Ives Bay and the famous Godrevy Lighthouse (immortalised by novelist Virginia Woolf), the views from our hotel are amongst the best you'll find anywhere in Cornwall.
Our Executive Head Chef Mark Belsey, formerly of The Ivy and J Sheekeys has created some truely outstanding cuisine right here at The Porthminster.
The restaurant is fully licenced and open for lunch between 12 and 2:30pm and for dinner from 6:30pm until 9pm, and serve afternoon cream teas in our bay view lounge.
Diners with Cornish Accredited Restaurant Privilege Cards will receive a glass of bubbly on arrival. (Please mention on booking)
