About the Restaurant
The Crown Inn, Bodmin is one of Cornwall's finest historic country pubs. Originally dating from the 12th Century, this fine old Inn is a delightful place to stop for a lunchtime snack, an afternoon drink in the superb beer garden or to sample one of our delicious evening meals.
The pub is located only a short drive from the famous Eden Project, Lanhydrock House or the harbour town of Fowey. The bar and restaurant are full of character with roaring log fires in the winter, low beamed ceilings and some wonderful old photos of Cornwall around the walls. The garden is a real suntrap and is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet pint of local real ale!
All tastes and budgets are catered for at the Crown Inn with a range of locally sourced, homecooked food on offer with superb seafood delivered freshly from Looe & Fowey to delicious meat dishes sourced from herds on the surrrounding farms. Food is available all day, everyday during the season and we have 9 comfortable bed & breakfast rooms so you can enjoy our hospitality for longer!
