About the Restaurant
Salamander Restaurant, Mevagissey is quaint, cosy and welcoming. The chef proprietor Mark, has years of top forces catering experience, as does his wife Hazel front of house. Being situated in the heart of this working fishing village enables them to benefit from the freshest fish landed on the quayside. This, combined with locally sourced Cornish meat and produce, in their seasonally changing menus ensures a fine dining experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
